What is frothing, you ask?

Well, in Reckmonster-speak, it means venting, ranting, vocalizing one's opinion, or just getting stuff off of my chest.

I can't keep stuff "in" - I joke that I have a mild case of tourette's syndrome - stuff just slips out of my mouth. My "filter" only works when it's REALLY important (like at school conferences for my kid or big important meetings at work). I have the "verbal diarrhea."

Don't keep it in!!
Get if off of your chest, dammit!

When I binge on really annoying daily events, I must purge immediately (which is usually manifested in sarcastic comments or creatively crafted strings of expletives). I am usually quite histrionic about my frothing (nothing spices a froth up like a well placed eye roll into the back of the head or running the gamut of vocal intonations).

I feel SO much better now!

Frothing keeps me sane. And it keeps my friends entertained. And truth be told, frothing really is nothing more than what your therapist would tell you to do - "talk about it" instead of "keeping it bottled up." DUH.

After a good FROTH,
all is right in the world.
And I can go on being
a Princess again...
A HELLO KITTY PRINCESS!
